Chorley Paintbox meets on Thursday mornings to draw and paint. Our primary purpose is to enjoy and develop our pastime in the company of like minded people, without the restriction of having to comply with college based assessments. We have a resource of magazines, books and videos which can be borrowed free of charge.
ART FOR ENJOYMENT IN A SOCIAL CONTEXT
We paint mostly in watercolour and acrylic. Some members are relative beginners, others produce quality paintings that are sold locally at reasonable prices.
